Sunday ride

Heading home early this afternoon gonna head to the Bike Doctor to say hey, probably going to head up hamburg rd. looking to do somewhere around 40 miles today ill post up pictures later this afternoon.

FRIDAY

Well is been one heck of a week, started out strong and ended just as good. This week I spent most my time in leadership class (DyLead) witch was amazing. This weekend i planed to relax and look back at this week, Saturday my brother will going to Six Flags with me. Kinda funny how they just filed for bankruptcy and were just now going for the first time, maybe out tickets will get them outta there troubles??

Leadership

I am in no way a leader but am trying very hard to become one, i have been pit in a leadership role at my command with 80 ppl under me. the leaders around me are also not very good at there jobs, there are few that can lead but do not want to teach how to become a better leader. i have been put in a class hosted by Herdt consulting, inc. this course teaches on dynamic leadership principle. this class has 8 modules each on a principle of life and leadership. this class has taught me life lessons not just leadership quality's i really suggest ppl check these guys out... o and there prior navy

been watchin the tour this whole past week really kinda got into it this year. i always just rode my mountain bike did road riding i mean everyone at some point dose but never fallowed either of the to. im tryin to fallow the tour but theres a lotta mothe F'ers ridin!!

i think its crazy that lance is back in the race and is doin as well as he is. i kno everyone talks about lance this lance that but it really is crazy how old the guy is and all he has gone threw its pretty motivatin to get out and the bike and ride or die!!
